Delivery and Shipping Policy

(referred to as “QUANTUM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), manages and operates the website and mobile platform available at https://www.quantumtspl.com (collectively, the “QUANTUM Platform” or “Website”). The QUANTUM Platform enables users (“User”, “Users”, “you”, or “your”) to browse and purchase men’s and women’s apparel and related products (“Products”).

The Terms and Conditions available on the QUANTUM Platform are deemed to form an integral part of this Delivery and Shipping Policy (“Policy”). This Policy, read together with the Terms and Conditions and other applicable policies, sets out our shipping and delivery practices for Products purchased through the QUANTUM Platform.

We currently provide shipping and delivery of Products across India. To ensure secure, reliable, and efficient order handling, QUANTUM partners with established logistics service providers. We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

2. Applicability of Policy

By accessing the QUANTUM Platform and placing an order for Products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you are advised not to proceed with any transaction on the Platform.

We may revise or update this Policy from time to time. Each time you use the QUANTUM Platform, you are responsible for reviewing the Policy in force at that time.

3. Terms of Shipping and Delivery

We work with trusted logistics service providers (“Logistics Partners”) to manage the shipping and delivery of Products purchased by you. Details of the assigned Logistics Partner will be shared after your order is processed and handed over for dispatch.

Dispatch and Delivery Timelines

Products are generally dispatched within 2 to 4 business days from the date of order confirmation. The estimated delivery timeline for your order will be displayed at checkout and may be shared via email or SMS.

Serviceable Locations

While we aim to cover as many locations as possible across India, some areas may be classified as non-serviceable. Orders placed for such areas may be declined. You may check service availability by entering your postal code at checkout. If your location is not serviceable, you will be informed before completing your order.

Accuracy of Shipping Information

To ensure accurate delivery, you must provide complete and correct details including:

• Full name
• Shipping and billing address
• Nearby landmark
• Active phone number

QUANTUM shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incomplete or incorrect address or contact details.

Delivery Attempts and Order Cancellation

Our Logistics Partners may attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery fails due to your unavailability or failure to coordinate, QUANTUM reserves the right to cancel the order. Refunds, if applicable, may be processed after deduction of shipping and handling charges in accordance with our policies.

Delay in Delivery

Delivery timelines may be affected due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

(a) Transportation or operational delays by the Logistics Partner
(b) Severe/adverse weather conditions
(c) Strikes, bandh, curfew, or civil disruptions
(d) Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
(e) Any other extraordinary circumstances

In such situations, we may attempt to keep you informed via email or SMS. QUANTUM shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or claim arising from such delays.

Conduct of Delivery Personnel

QUANTUM engages third-party Logistics Partners expected to follow professional standards. However, as delivery personnel are not directly supervised by QUANTUM, we shall not be responsible for:

• Misconduct or inappropriate behavior
• Delivery delays or miscommunication
• Wrong delivery or package tampering

Any issues should be raised directly with the Logistics Partner. QUANTUM shall not be obligated to mediate such matters.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS. You may track your shipment on the QUANTUM Platform (where available) or through the Logistics Partner’s tracking portal.

Shipping Charges

QUANTUM reserves the right to apply, waive, or modify shipping charges based on:

• Order value
• Delivery location
• Promotional offers
• Mode of payment

Unless stated otherwise under our return or refund policy, shipping charges are non-refundable except where the delivered Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error attributable to QUANTUM.

Transfer of Risk and Ownership

Risk and title to the Products pass to you upon successful delivery at your provided shipping address. For cash-on-delivery or collection-based payments, the Logistics Partner may collect payments on behalf of QUANTUM.
