The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between QUANTUM (hereinafter referred to as “QUANTUM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and any individual or legal entity that accesses and/or uses the QUANTUM Platform in any manner (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”). These Terms apply to all current or future services, features, or offers (collectively, “Services”) made available on the platform. These Terms may be updated from time to time.

By using the QUANTUM Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before continuing. These Terms apply to your use of the QUANTUM Platform and all transactions and interactions conducted thereon.

For clarity:
(a) “QUANTUM Platform” refers to www.quantumtspl.com, including its mobile application, website, desktop version, tablet version, or any other digital medium provided by QUANTUM.
(b) “Products” refer to the range of men’s and women’s apparel, fashion accessories, and related merchandise offered for sale on the platform.
(c) QUANTUM and you are each referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”

These Terms are divided into sections. Please read each section carefully to understand the conditions governing your use of the QUANTUM Platform and the purchase of Products offered thereon.

1. General Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the QUANTUM Platform, which serves as an online fashion marketplace enabling you to browse, select, and purchase Products displayed.

We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. Each time you use the QUANTUM Platform, please review the latest version. QUANTUM reserves the right to change the format, content, or functionality of the platform, or to suspend its operation for maintenance, updates, or any other reason, without prior notice.

Any access, browsing, or use of the platform constitutes your agreement to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies (collectively, the “Agreement”).

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules thereunder. It does not require any physical or digital signature.

You are authorized to access and use the QUANTUM Platform solely for identifying, purchasing, returning, or refunding Products in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use these Services accordingly.

By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and fully competent to enter into this Agreement. If you are under 18, it is presumed that your use of the platform is under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has read and agreed to these Terms. If we discover that a minor is using the platform without supervision, QUANTUM reserves the right to immediately deactivate the account. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to this Agreement.

2. Account Registration

To use the QUANTUM Platform or access its Services, you must register for an account. Registration is a one-time process, and access to Services begins only after completing the required forms, submitting accurate information, and receiving confirmation from QUANTUM.

You are solely responsible for operating and maintaining your account and login credentials. You must prevent unauthorized access and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. It is recommended that you update your password regularly.

You must:
(a) immediately notify QUANTUM of any unauthorized access or security breach, and
(b) log out after each session.

QUANTUM shall not be liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms. You may also be held liable for any losses caused to QUANTUM or other users due to unauthorized account activity. QUANTUM reserves the right to refuse access, terminate accounts, or remove content without prior notice.

3. Communication and Unsubscription

By accepting these Terms, you agree to receive communications from QUANTUM, including news, updates, offers, and service notifications. Even if your number is registered under DND/NCPR, you consent to receive communications via phone calls, SMS, email, or digital channels from QUANTUM or its authorized representatives.

You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided therein.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The QUANTUM Platform contains materials, including text, logos, images, graphics, audiovisual elements, and other content protected by copyright and intellectual property laws (“QUANTUM Content”). All rights to QUANTUM Content are owned by or licensed to QUANTUM. All trademarks displayed on the platform are owned or used under license by QUANTUM or its affiliates.

5. Miscellaneous

QUANTUM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
